Low Investment Clay Roofing Tile Production Line

Complete production line consist of raw material preparation, forming, firstly drying, glazing, secondly glazing, firing, inspection and packing. The raw material preparation and forming adopt fully automatic system, use energy saving gas firing tunnel kiln, achieve temperature automatic control, the kiln car running system can be adjust to fully auto, semi-auto or manual. 

Forklift load the raw material -→ Box feeder -→belt conveyor -→roller crusher -→double shaft mixer -→roller crusher -→double shaft mixer -→roller crusher -→ high strength double shaft mixer(granulation) -→ Ageing room   Above design capacity is 120t/h

Production process: Box feeder→double shaft mixer→de-airing extruder→cutting machine→belt conveyor→tile press→belt conveyor→auto load to drying car→firstly drying kiln→glazing→second drying kiln→ tunnel kiln firing→ product unload→inspection and packing.

Production process: De-airing extruder-→ hydraulic tile press-→load to drying car-→nature drying-→first drying kiln-→glazing manually-→secondly drying kiln-→tunnel kiln firing-→unload the product-→inspection and packing.
